Carly Minish - SMAK DAB MUSTARD
After attending culinary school and returning to her home province, Carly (now a Red Seal Chef) worked as an apprentice in fine dining establishments in Winnipeg. There she learnt the versatility and importance of mustard in the kitchen, and how effortlessly adding a spoonful to marinades, salad dressings, sauces, and meats could take dishes to new heights. Smak Dab was born!
